Effct of Sleep Intervention Combined with Psychological Counseling Therapy on Sleep Quality and Anxiety in Patients with Threatened Abortion after In Vitro Fertilization Following Hysteroscopic Adhesiolysis

AbstractObjective:Toanalyzetheclinical efects of sleepinterventioncombined with psychologicalcounselingtherapyinthe nursingcareofptientswiththreatenedabortionafterinvitrofertilization(IVF）followinghysteroscopicadhesiolysis,ndtoevaluateitsimpactonsleepqualityandpsychologicalanxiety.Methods:AtotalofOOpatientshoexperiencedthreatenedabortionafterIVFfollowing hysteroscopicadhesiolysisandwereadmitedtothe73rdGroupAmyHospitaloftePLAbetweenJanuary2023 and March 2O25were selectedandrandomlydivided intoacontrolgroupandanobservation group,with5O cases in each.The controlgroupreceivedroutinenursingintervention,whiletheobservationgroupreceivedslepinterventioncombined withpsychologicalcunseling therapyinadditiontoroutinecare.lepquality,emotionalstate,interventioncompliance,andqualityoflife werecompared betweenthetwogroupsbeforeandafterthe intervention.Results:Before intervention,therewerenosignificant differences between the two groups in sleep quality,emotional state,or quality of life scores( P>0.05 ).
