The Impact of High-low Frequency Switching “Auditory-motor” Training onSleepin DialysisPatientswithDiabeticNephropathy

AbstractObjective：Toanalyzetheimpactof high-lowfrequencyswitching“auditory-motor”trainingonsleepqualityof diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis（DNHD）patients.Methods：Atotalof86DNHDpatientstreated inour hospital fromDecember 2022 to December2O24 wereselectedandrandomlydividedintoacontrol groupandanobservation group，with43patients in eachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedconventional hemodialysis（HD）nursing interventions，whiletheobservationgroupeceived high-lowfrequencyswitching“auditory-motor”trainingintervention.Bothinterventionslasted8weks.ThePitsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI）was used tocompare sleepqualitybetween the two groups，the Athens Insomnia Scale（AIS）was employedtoassessleepquality，andthePiperFatigue Scale（PFS）wasutilized toevaluatefatiguelevels.Results：Afterthe intervention，PSQI，AIS，andPFSscoresdecreasedinboth groups，withtheobservationgroupshowing significantlylowerscoresthan the control group（ all P<0.05 ）. Conclusion： High-low frequency switching“auditory-motor” training can improve overal sleep quality，allviateisomiandduceftigueinDHpatints.Itsclicalaplicationcanserveasao-pharmacologicalite vention for sleep disorders in this population.
