The Impact of High-low Frequency Switching “Auditory-motor” Training onSleepin DialysisPatientswithDiabeticNephropathy

AbstractObjective:Toanalyzetheimpactof high-lowfrequencyswitching“auditory-motor”trainingonsleepqualityof diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis(DNHD)patients.Methods:Atotalof86DNHDpatientstreated inour hospital fromDecember 2022 to December2O24 wereselectedandrandomlydividedintoacontrol groupandanobservation group,with43patients in eachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedconventional hemodialysis(HD)nursing interventions,whiletheobservationgroupeceived high-lowfrequencyswitching“auditory-motor”trainingintervention.Bothinterventionslasted8weks.ThePitsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used tocompare sleepqualitybetween the two groups,the Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS)was employedtoassessleepquality,andthePiperFatigue Scale(PFS)wasutilized toevaluatefatiguelevels.Results:Afterthe intervention,PSQI,AIS,andPFSscoresdecreasedinboth groups,withtheobservationgroupshowing significantlylowerscoresthan the control group( all P<0.05 ). Conclusion: High-low frequency switching“auditory-motor” training can improve overal sleep quality,allviateisomiandduceftigueinDHpatints.Itsclicalaplicationcanserveasao-pharmacologicalite vention for sleep disorders in this population.
