正强化赋能教育联合多维度疼痛干预对下肢骨折患者术后睡眠的影响

AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatetheefectofpositivereinforcementempowermenteducationcombinedwithmultidimensional paininterventiononpostoperativerehabilitationcomplianceand slepqualityinpatients withlower limbfractures.Methods：Ato tal of90 patientswithlowerlimbfracturesadmitedtoSanmingSecondHospitalfromJanuary2O22toAugust2O24 wereselected as study partcipants.Acording totheodd-evennumbergrouping method，theyweredividedintoacontrolgroupandanobservationgroup，with45cases ineach group.Thecontrol groupreceivedroutinenursingcare，whiletheobservationgroupreceived positivereinforcementempowermenteducationcombinedwithmultidimensionalpain interventiononthebasisofroutine care.Rehabilitationcompliance，painlevel，self-eficacyandslepqualitywerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results：The observation group showed higher compliance in postoperative functional exercise，medicationadherence，andregularfollow-up compared with the control group（ P<0.05 ）. Postoperative Visual Analogue Scale（VAS） scores were significantly lower，and General Self-Eficacy Scale（GSES）scores were significantly higherin the observationgroup than in thecontrol group（ P<0.05 ）. Moreover，posopeativescores inariousdimensionsofsleepsuchassleplatencysleepquality，sleepdisturbancesfi ciency，use of hypnotics，and daytime dysfunction—were allsignificantly lower in the observation group（ P<0.05 ） . Conclusion ： Positivereinforcementempowermenteducationcombinedwithmultidimensionalpaininterventioncan efectivelyimprovepostoperativerehabilitationcompliance，reducepain intensity，enhanceself-effcacy，and improve sleepqualityinpatients withlowerlimb fractures. This approach is worthy of clinical promotion.
