Effect of the 3H Concept Service Model on Sleep Quality and Treatment Adherence in Patients Undergoing Meningioma Surgery

AbstractObjective:To explore the efectof the3Hconcept service nursing model on sleepqualityand treatmentadherencein patientsundergoing meningioma surgery.Methods:Aretrospectiveanalysis wasconductedon7OpatientswhounderwentmeningiomasurgeryattheFirstAfliated HospitalofBengbuMedical UniversitybetweenJanuary2O23andJanuary2O25.Patientswere randomly divided intoacontrol group( n=33 ）andan observation group( n=37 ). The control group received routine high-quality nursing,hiletheobservationgroupreceivednursingcarebasedonthe3Hconceptservicemodelinadditiontoroutinecare.Both groups werefolloweduntilospitaldischarge.Dferencesinlpuality,sepondition,ndtreatmentaderencereoaed betwen groupsatadmissionanddischarge.Results:Aftertheintervention,theobservationgroupshowedsignificantlylowersores in mostfactorsofthePitsburgh SlepQualityIndex(PSQI)-exceptfordaytimedysfunctionand medicationuse-andshortersleep latency compared with the control group( P
