Clinical Effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsules Combined with Estazolam in Patients with Unstable Angina of Coronary Heart Disease Accompanied by Insomnia

AbstractObjective:Toinvestigatetheclinical efectof Shensong Yangxin Capsulescombined with estazolam inpatients with coronary heart disease(CHD）andunstableangina pectoris（UAP）accompanied by insomia.Methods:A totalof 8O patients withCHDcomplicatedbyUAPandinsomniawhowereadmitedtothehospitalfromJanuary2023toJanuary2O25wereselected andrandomly dividedintoacontrolgroupandanobservation group,with4Ocases ineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwas treated withestazolamalone,whiletheobservationgroupwastreatedwithShensong YangxinCapsulescombinedwithestazolam.Both groups were treatedfor4 weeks.Clincaleficacyfrequencyanddurationofanginaatacks,severityofinsomniaasessedbyhe Insomnia Severity Index(ISI),sleepqualityassessed bythe Pitsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI）,andadversereactions were compared.Results:After4 weksoftreatment,theoverallclinicaleficacyoftheobservationgroupwassignificantlybettrhan that of the control group( P0.05 ). Conclusion: Shensong Yangxin Capsulescombined with estazolamcanefectivelyrelieveanginasymptoms,mprove insomniaseverityand sleepqualityin patients with CHD complicated by UAP and insomnia,and show good clinical effcacy and safety.
