AbstractObjective:Toanalzetheclinical valueofusinganasalirgatorcombined withcomprehensive guidanceinthetreatmentofchildrenwithallrgicrhinitis.Methods:Atotalof1OOchildrenwithallrgicrhinitisadmitedtoAnhuiProvincialChildren's Hospitalfrom January20 to December 2024 wereselectedandrandomlydividedintoacontrol groupandanbservation group,with 5Ocases ineach group.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutine nursingcare,whiletheobservationgroupreceivednasal irrigator nterventioncombined withcomprehensiveguidance.Diferences insleepdisturbancescoresandrelatedindicators before andafterthe intervention werecompared betweenthetwo groups.Results:Before nursing intervention,therewas no statistically significant difference in sleep disturbance scores between the two groups( P>0.05 ).After the intervention,the Sleep Disturbance Scalefor Children(SDSC）score intheobservation groupwas significantlylower thanthatinthecontrol group,with more notable improvement in sleep structure and overall recovery of sleep,and a lower incidence of sleep disorders( P
