AbstractObjective:Toanalyze theefectofsystematicnursing interventiononslepqualityinpatients duringtherecoveryperiodaftergeneralanesthesiaforhipfracturesurgery.Methods:Atotalof116patientsintherecoveryperiodaftergeneralaesthesiaforhipfracturesurgery,treatedintheDepartmentofSurgicalAnesthesiologyatZhongshanHospitalAfiliatedtoXiamenUniversity,fromJulyO24toDecember2O24,wereselectedasstudyparticipants.Patientswererandomlydividedintoanobservation groupandacontrol group,with 58cases ineach group.Thecontrol groupreceivedroutinenursingcare,whiletheobservation groupreceived systematicnursing intervention.Thetwogroups werecomparedregardingtheimprovementofnegativeemotionsand sleepqualityResults:Theobservationgroupshowedsignificantlygreater improvementinsleepqualityandreductionof negative emotions compared with the control group( P
