AbstractObjective:Toexplore theefects of multiple nursing interventions onnegativeemotionsand sleepquality in patients undergoingretinaldetachmentsurgery.Methods:Atotalof1OOpatientswhounderwentretinaldetachmentsurgeryatthe National Regional MedicalCenterofBinhai BranchoftheFirstAfiliated HospitalofFujianMedical UniversityfromMarch2O24toJanuary 2025 were selectedasthe studysubjects.Theywere divided intoacontrolgroupandanobservationgroupaccording tothelotery method,with 5Opatients ineach group.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutine nursing interventions,whiletheobservation groupeceived multiplenursingcare.Thenegativeemotionsandsleepqualitywerecomparedbetweenthetwo groups.Results:After intervention,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS）and Self-rating DepressionScale(SDS）scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P
