The Impact of Computerized Cognitive Remediation Therapy on Cognitive Function and Sleep Quality in Schizophrenia

AbstractObjective:Toevaluate theeffects of ComputerizedCognitive Remediation Therapy(CCRT）onpsychotic symptoms, cognitivefunctiontentionalactivityandsepalityinpatientswithsizophenia(SZ).Methods:Atotalof6Opatintswith schizophreniaadmited toLongyan Third Hospitalfrom May2O24toNovember2O24 wereselectedandrandomlydivided intoa controlgroupandanobservationgroupusingarandomnumber tablemethod,with3Opatients ineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedconventional treatment,hiletheobservationgroupreceivedaditionalinterventionwithCCRT.ThePositiveandNegative SyndromeScale(PANSS）wasused toassess psychotic symptoms,the Montreal Cognitive Asessment(MoCA）toevaluatecognitiveimpairment,teContiuousPerformanceTest（CP）toeasureatentionalconcentrationandstabilityandheisurgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI）tocomparesleepquality.The therapeuticeffcacyrates between thetwogroupswerealso compared.Results:After treatment,theobservation groupshowed significantlylower PANSSand PSQIscorescompared to thecontrolgroup,whilethe MoCAandCPTscores weresignificantlyhigherintheobservationgroup.Alldiferencs werestatisticalysignificant ( P
