多元化睡眠指导配合虚拟环境康复训练在脑梗死后失眠患者中的应用

AbstractObjective:Toinvestigatethepracticalvalueofcombiningdiversifiedsleepguidancewithvirtualrealityrehabilitation training inimprovinginsomniasymptomsinpatientsaftercerebralinfarction.Methods:Atotalof8Opatientswithpost-strokeinsomniaadmitedtotheNeurologyDepartmentofLongyan Second HospitalfromJanuarytoDecember2O24 wereselectedasresearch subjects.Theywererandomlydividedintoacontrolgroupandanobservationgroup,with40patients ineach group,usinga randomnumber tablemethod.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutine clinical intervention,whiletheobservation groupreceived combinedinterventionwithdiversifiedsleepguidanceandvirtualenvironmentrehabilitation trainingonthebasisofthecontrol group.TMA-12Osleepmonitor(Hangzhou Ninghang MedicalTechnology Co.,Ltd.)wasused to measure sleepperiod indicators such as sleep latency(SL),rapid eye movement sleep(REM),total sleep time(TST),andsleep ffciency(SE)in patients.Enzyme linked immunosorbentassy(ELISA)wasused todetect hypocretin-1((Hcrt-1)and5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) levels toevaluate theimprovementefectof insomniasymptoms inpatients.Pitsburgh SleepQualityIndex(PSQI)wasused to compare thediferenceinsleepqualitybetween thetwogroupsof patients,andtheNational Institutesof Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)wasused tocomparethedegre ofneurological deficit.Results:After4 weksof intervention,the partial sleeplatency (SL),rapid eye movement sleep(REM),insomnia markers,slepqualityPSQIscores,and NHSSscoresof both groupsof patients decreasedcomparedwithbefore intervention,andtheoservation groupwassignficantlylowerthanthecontrolgroup.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P<0.05. ). Total sleep time(TST)and sleep efficiency(SE)have bothincreased,withtheobservationgroupshowingsignificantlyhighervaluesthanthecontrolgroup.Thediferencebetweenthe two groups was statistically significant( P<0.05 ). Conclusion: Diversified sleep guidance combined with virtual environment rehabilitation trainingcaneffectivelyimproveinsomniasymptomsandeurologicalfunction inpatientswithcerebralinfarctin,enhance their sleep quality,and is worthy of promotion and application.
