Impact of Operating Room Nursing Based on Roy's Adaptation Model on Sleep Quality in Breast Cancer Patient:

AbstractObjective:To explore the impact of operating roomnursing based on Roy's Adaptation Modelonbreast cancer patients.Methods:Atotalof8ObreastcancerpatientsadmittedtoTheSecodAfiliatedHospitalofFujianMedicalUniversityfrom April2024 toApril2O25wereselectedforthisstudy.Thepatients wererandomlydividedintoacontrol groupandanobservation group,with 40cases ineach group.Thecontrol groupreceivedroutine nursing care,whiletheobservation groupreceivedoperating roomnursingbasedonRoy'sAdaptation ModelSlepqualitycopingstyles,andursingsatisfactionwerecomparedbetweenthe two groups.Results:Insleepqualityassssment,theobservation group had significantlylower scoresthanthecontrol group( P
