The Impact of Companion Program with Hospital-family Collaboration Nursing on Joint Function，Mood，and Sleep Quality in Patients with Hip Fractures

AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatetheefectivenessof implementingacompanionplanwithhospital-familycareforpatients withhipfractures inimprovingtheirjointfunctionandemotionalwel-being.Methods：Atotalof6Opatientswithhipfractures whoreceived hospital-familyintegratedcarethroughthecompanionprogramintheOrthopedicsDepartmentofFuzhou Second General Hospitalfrom January 2O22 toJanuary2O23 wereselectedastheresearch subjects，andtheirdata werecompared with thoseof hipfracturepatients whoreceivedroutinecare inourhospital during thesame period.The Pitsburgh SleepQualityIndex （PSQI）wasusedtocomparethechangesinsleepqualitybetweentwogroupsof patients beforeandafterintervention.The Beck Depression Inventory（BDI）was used tocompare theimprovement efect of depresion status between thetwo groups of patients beforeandafterintervention.TheBeckAnxiety Inventory（BAI）wasusedtocompare theimprovement efectofanxietystatus between thetwo groupsof patients beforeandafterintervention.The HarisHipScore wasused tocomparetheimprovementofjoint functionbetweenthetwogroupsofpatients.Results：Afterintervention，SQI，BAI，andBDscoresofbothgroupsofpatintsdecreased，andthebservationgroupwassignifcantlylowerthanthecontrolgroup.Thediferencebetweethetwogroups wasstatistically significant（ P<0.05 ）.After intervention，both groups showed an increase in Harris functional scores，and the observation group was significantly higher than thecontrolgroup.The diferencebetwee thetwogroupswas statisticallysignificant（ P< 0.05）.Conclusion;Theimplementationof thecompanionplaninhospital homecareforpatients withhipfracturescan ffectively improvesleepualityleviategativeemotios，anceipjntfunctionndccelerateabilitationprocess.Itisrtr moting and applying.
