舒适度改善措施对老年冠心病合并糖尿病患者睡眠质量的影响

AbstractObjective：To explore the valueof implementingcomfort improvement measures during rehabilitation in elderlypatientswithcoronaryheartdiseasecomplicatedbydiabetes.Methods：Atotalof8Oelderlypatients withcoronaryheartdiseaseand diabetesadmittedtoPutianFirstHospitalfromJanuary2O24toDecember2O24 wereselectedandrandomlydividedintoacontrol groupadanobservation group，with 4O cases ineach group.Thecontrol groupreceivedroutine nursing，whiletheobservation groupreceivedomfortursingSeepualityomfortlevel，bloodglucoselevel，ndtreatmentompliancewereompaedbetwen thetwogroups.Results：Theobservationgroupshowedsignificantlylowersleepqualityscoresandbloodglucoselevels，whilecomfort level and treatment compliance were significantly higher than those of the control group（ P<0.05 ） . Conclusion： Comfort nursingduringrehabilitationinelderlypatientswithcoronaryheartdiseaseanddiabetescanhelpstabilizebloodglucoselevels， improve treatment compliance，and enhance overall comfort and sleep quality.
