AbstractObjective：Toexplore the psychological featuresof insomniaamong nurses inhemodialysis centers under steady-state noise.Methods：Atotal of10O nurses from hemodialysiscenters in Guangzhou fromJanuary to December 2023 wereselectedas theresearchsubjects.Theyweredivided intotwogroupsacording tothecriteriaof insomnaintheCCMD-3.Anumberof5O nurses withoutinsomniawere includedasthenon-insomniagroupand 5Onurseswith insomniawere includedasthe insomnia group.Theemotioalsabiltysyhologicalate，opngstyleandtresfulifevetsofthtogroupsreompadults： Theemotionalstabilityofthenon-insomniagroupwassignifcantlyhigherthanthatof theinsomniagroupandtheSCL-9Oscorefor psychological stateof th non-insomia groupwassignfcantlylower thanthatof theinsomniagroup.The scorefor maturecoping styleofthenon-insomniagroupwassignficantlyhigherthanthatoftheinsomniagroup，andscoresfortheimmaturecopigstyle of the nursesinthenon-insomniagroupwassignificantlylowerthanthatoftheinsomniagroup.Thescoreforstresfullifeeventin the non-insomniagroupwassignificantlylowerthanthatoftheinsomniagroup.Thediferencesbetwnthetwogroups werestatistically significant （ P<0.05） . Conclusion：Nurses in hemodialysis centers who are exposed to steady-state noise for a long time arepronetohavesleepdisordersand psychological disturbances afecting theirqualityoflife.Effective measures needtobetaken for improvement.
