AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatetheimprovement efect QinggePillcombined with euthyrox on sleepqualitythyroid functioninpatientswithauimmunethyroiditis.Methods：SixtypatientswithauimmunethyroiditisadmitedtheHospital （M）Afiliated UniversityfromJune2O22June2024wereselectedasthestudysubjects.Theywere romlydivided inthecombinationgroup（euthyroxcombined with QinggePilloraltreatment）control group（euthyoxoral treatment）acording arom number table，with 3O cases ineach group.Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）syndrome scores，thyroidize，tyidolue，tyoidulrasodidicars，idfuctioindicatrs，munefunctioninda，t burgh SleepQualityIndex（PSQI）score，clinical eficacy， incidenceadverseeventswerecomparedbetween groups.Results：After treatment，patients inthecombinationgroupshowedsignificantlylowerscores inthe TCMsympms，such aslow mood，decreasedappetitebloating，palenguecoating，lackQinodesirespeak，fatigue，stringorin pulse compared the control group（ P<0.05 ）. The diameters the left right lobes the thyroid gl，left right diameters，isthmus thickness，thyroidvolumeinthecombinationgroupwereallsignificantlysmalerthanthecontrolgroup（ P< 0.05）.Theresistanceindex（RI） peak syslic velocity（PSV）thethyroid artery inthecombinationgroup were significantly lower than the control group（ P<0.05 ）.The levels free triiodothyronine（FT3） free thyroxine（FT4）in the combination group were significantly higher than the control group（ P<0.05 ）， the tal triiodothyronine（TT3），tal tetraiodothyronine （TT4），thyroid stimulating hormone（TSH）wereallsignificantlylower globulinantibody（TGAb），thyroid-peroxidase antibody（TPOAb），CD4+ Tcell，interleukin-2（IL-2），interleukin-12（IL-12），tumor necrosis facr alpha（TNF- α ），PSQI score， the incidence adverse events inthe combination group were allsignificantly lower than the control group（ P<0.05 ），while the levels interleukin-4（IL-4） tal effective rate were significantly higher than the control group（ P<0.05 ） . Conclusion ： TheclinicalfcacyuthyroxcombinedwithQinggePilloraltreatmentforpatientswithauimmunethyroiditisissuperior that euthyrox oral alone，which can effectively improve the sleep quality thyroid function.
