AbstractObjective：Toanalyze the efectof kangaroocarecombined withfamilysupport interventionin primiparas.Methods： Atotalof74priiparasdmitedtotheDepartmentofObstetricsandGynecologyFuzhouFirstGeneralHospitalfromMarch2024 to December2O24 wereselected.Theywererandomlyasigned intotwo groups bytherandomnumbertable method，with37cases pergroup.Allreceivedroutinecare.Onthisbasis，rimiparas inthecontrolgroupreceivedfamilysupport intervention，whilethose intheobservation group were managed byfamilysupportcombined with kangaroocare.Interventions were givenfor1month.The sleepqualityandemotionalstateof thetwogroupswerecompared.Results：Aftertheintervention，tePitsburgh SlepQualityIndex（PSQI）andtheInsomniaSeverityIndex（ISI）inbothgroups weresignificantlyreduced，whichweresignificantlylowerinthe observation group than the control group（ P<0.05 ）. The scores of depression，anxiety and stress emotional states in the DepressionAnxiety Stress Scale（DASS）inboth groups were significantlyreduced，which weresignificantlylower intheobservation group than the control group（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion： Kangaroo care combined with family support effectively improves the sleep quality of primiparas，alleviates their anxiety and depression.
