个性化心理护理对白内障手术患者睡眠质量的影响

AbstractObjective：Toexploretheclinicalvalueofpersonalized psychological nursing inpostoperativecataractpatientsand investigate itsimpactonsleepquality.Methods：Atotalof110cataractpatientsadmitedtotheDepartmentofOphthalmologyatthe 900th Hospitalofthe JointLogisticsSupportForceof theChinesePeople'sLiberationArmyfrom March2022 toDecember2024 wereselectedas studysubjects.Theyweredivided intoacontrol groupandanobservation groupacording totherandomnumber table，with55 cases inachgroup.Thecontrol groupreceivedroutinenursingintervention，whiletheobservationgroupeceived personalized psychological nursing intervention.The Pitsburgh SlepQualityIndex（PSQI）wasusedtocompare thedifferences in sleep quality between two groups.The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）and Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS）wereused to compare theimprovement ofanxietyand depresion symptoms.The Short Formfor Health Survey（SF-36）wasused tocompare theimprovementefectofqualityoflifebeforeandafterintervention，andtheincidenceofadversereactionswascomparedbetween thetwo groups of patients.Results：Afterintervention，theSASscore，SDSscore，andPSQI scoreof both groupsof patientsdecreased，andthebservationgroupassignicantlylowertantheontrolgroup.Thediferencebetweethetwogroupswastatistically significant（ P<0.05 ）；After intervention，both groups of patients showed an increase in SF-36 scores，and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.The diferencebetween thetwo groupswas statisticallsignificant（ P< 0.05）；Afterintervention，theincidenceofadversereactionsintheobservationgroupwassignificantlylowerthanthatinthecontrol group，and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion：Personalized psychological nursingaftercataractsurgeryeectivelyehancessleepualityndqualityoflife，mprovesnegativepsychologicalstates，nd reduces the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
