AbstractObjective：Toexploretheefects of musicrelaxation trainingcombined withacupoint massageonthegastrointestinal symptomsand sleepof lung cancerpatients undergoing theirfistchemotherapy.Methods：Atotalof1O9 lungcancerpatientsundergoing theirfirstchemotherapytreamentitheDepartmentofOncologyatTheFirstAfiliatedHospitalofFujianMedicalUniversitybetweenJanuary2O22andDecember2O23wereselectedasthestudysubjects.Theywererandomlydividedintoacontrol group（ n=54 ） and an observation group（ n=55 ）according to the random number table method. The control group received routinechemotherapy nursing intervention，whiletheobservationgroupreceivedadditional musicrelaxation trainingcombined with acupointmassage interventionbasedonthecontrol group'sregimen.The Pitsburgh SleepQuality Index（PSQI）wasused tocomparethe diferences inslepqualitybetweentwogroups.，Aself-madescaledevelopedbyourhospital wasusedtocompareiferencesinnausea，vomiting，andappetitescores between the twogroupsat diferenttimepoints during chemotherapy treatment.Results：Ontefistdayofemotherapytreatment，terewasnosatisticallsigficantdfereneinnausea，voiting， and appetite scores between the two groups of patients （ P>0.05 ）；On the 7th day of chemotherapy treatment，the nausea and vomitingscoresofboth groupsofpatientsdecreased，andtheobservation groupwassignificantlylower thanthecontrolgroup.The appetite scoresofboth groupsof patientsweresignificantlyhigherthanthecontrolgroup，andtheobservationgroupwassignificantly higher than the control group.The diferences between the two groups were statistically significant（ P<0.05 ）； On the first dayofchemotherapytreatment，there wasnostatisticallysignificant diferenceinPSQIscoresbetweenthetwogroupsofpatints （ P>0.05 ）；Onthe7thdayof chemotherapytreatment，thePSQIscores ofboth groupsof patients decreased，and theobservation groupwassignificantlylowerthanthecontrolgroup.Thediffrencebetweenthetwogroupswasstatisticallysignificant（ P< 0.05）.Conclusion;Musicrelaxation training combined withacupoint masage canefectivelycontrol nausea and vomiting symptomsinfirst-tiechemotherapypatients，improvetheirappetite，andhancetheirsleepquality.Itisworthofclinicalprootion and application.
