认知行为疗法CBT-I干预在睡眠障碍人群中的应用研究

AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatetheinterventionefectofcognitive-behavioral therapyinsomnia（CBT-I）inindividualswith sleepdisorders.Methods：Atotalof12OpatientswithsleepdisordersmetingthediagnosticcriteriaadmitedtoDatong398 HealthandWellessCenterfromJune2O22 toJune2O24 wereselectedasthestudysubjects.Theyweredivided intoacontrol group andanobservation group，with 6O patients ineach group，usingarandom number table method.Thecontrol groupeceived routinelifestyleinterventions，whiletheobservationgroupreceivedan8-weekcognitive-behavioraltherapy（CBT-I）intervention.The Pitsburgh SleepQuality Index（PSQI）wasused tocomparethechanges insleepqualitybetweenthetwogroups before andafter intervention.TheInsomniaSeverityIndex（ISI）wasused tocomparetheimprovement efectof sleepdisordersbetween thetwo groupsbeforeandafter intervention.Thepolysomnography（PSG）tablewasusedtoevaluatethechanges insleepquality， insomniasymptoms，andobjectivesleepparametersofthepatients.Results：Afterintervention，thePSQIandISIscoreofboth groupsof patientsdecreased，andtheobservationgroupwassignificantlylowerthanthecontrolgroup.Thediferencebetweenthe two groups was statistically significant （ P<0.05 ）；After intervention，NREM，REM，sleep latency，and total sleep time increased inboth groups，andtheobservationgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthecontrolgroup.Thetotalawakening timeandnumberof awakenings decreased inboth groups，andtheobservation groupwassignificantlylowerthanthecontrolgroup.Thediferencesbetween the two groups were statistically significant （ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion： Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia（ CBT-I） demonstrates favorable application efects in populations with sleep disorders and meritsclinical promotionandapplication.
