AbstractObjective：Toexplore the feasibilityofdiferentscoring systems forscreningobstructive sleepapnea-hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）inosteoporosis（OP）patients.Methods：Atotalof102OPpatients admited toLongyan People'sHospital inFujian Province from September 2022 to September 2024 were selected as theresearch subjects.Basedonpolysomnography（PSG） results asthe diagnostic standard for OSAHS，patients were divided into an OSAHS group and anon-OSAHS group.The NoSAS score，Epworth SlepinessScale（ESS），STOP-Bangquestionnaire，andBerlinQuestionnairewereused forOSAHSscreening.Dierences in scores betweenthetwogroupswerecompared.The agreement betweenthescoring systems wasanalyzed，and their diagnostic efcacy for OSAHS in OP patients was evaluated. Results：Among the 102 OP patients， 17（16.67% ）were diagnosed with OSAHS. Neck circumference was significantly higher in the OSAHS group than in the non-OSAHS group（ P<0.05 ）： There was no statistically significant diference in general information such as age and gender（ ）；The NoSAS，ESS， STOP Bang scale scores，and Berlin questionnaire high-risk rates in the OSAHS group were higherthanthoseinthe non OSAHS group，and the differences were statistically significant（ P<0.05 ）；Among 102 OP patients，the Kappa values for agreement on high-risk assessmentresultswere：0.508betweenNoSASandESS，0.256betweenNoSASndSTOP-Bang，0.362betweenNoSAS and Berlin Questionnaire；0.427between ESSand STOP-Bang，0.283betweenESSandBerlin Questionnaire；andO.432between STOP-Bang andBerlin Questionnaire.Theareas underthecurve（AUC）for diagnosing OSAHS in OP patients were：0.706 for NoSAS，0.759 for ESS，0.718 for STOP-Bang，and0.788 for the Berlin Questionnaire.Sensitivityranged from 76.47% to 88.24% ，and specificity ranged from 58.82% to 63.53% . Conclusion： NoSAS，ESS，STOP Bang scales，and Berlin questionnaire can be effective tools for screening OSAHS in OP patients.
