饮食控制与童趣化健康教育在腹型过敏性紫癫患儿中的护理效果及对睡眠质量的影响

AbstractObjective：Toexplorethenursing efectofdietcontrolandchildlike healtheducationonchildrenwithabdominalallergic purpuraanditsinfluenceonthesleepquality.Methods：Atotalof82childrenwithabdominalalergicpurpura inthePediatricsDepartmentof theFirstGeneral HospitalofFuzhouCity，FujianProvincefromSeptember2O23 toSeptember2024 wereselectedas theresearch subjects.Theyweredividedintothecontrol groupandtheobservation groupaccording todiferentnursing methods，with41cases ineach group.Patients inboth groups were intervened with dietarycontrol，whilethoseintheoservation groupadditionallreceivedchildlike health education.Thesleepconditions，disappearance timeof clinical symptoms，bhaviorof folowing medicaladvice，andsatisfactionofparentsfor nursingof thechildreninthetwo groups werecompared.Results：Before the intervention，there was no significant difference in the sleep quality between the two groups（ P>0.05 ）.After the intervention， the sleep quality scores significant decreased in both groups than the pretreatment value（ P<0.05 ），which were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group（ P<0.05 ）. The improvement time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group（ P<0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in the scores of compliance with medical advice before the intervention between the two groups（ P>0.05） .After the intervention，the scores of medication，diet， exercise，intervention and follow-up were all significantly higher than the pretreatment values（ P<0.05 ），which were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group（ P<0.05 ）. The satisfaction of parents for nursing of the children in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（ P<0.05） . Conclusion：Diet control and childlike health educationcanimprovethesleepconditionsandcompliancewithmedicaladvice，sorten thedisappearancetimeofclinical symptomsin children with allergic purpura，and increase the satisfaction of parents for nursing care of children.

腹型过敏性紫癫为临床多发疾病，其发生与自身免疫性小血管炎有关，学龄前儿童为多发群体，该类型紫癫与经典型过敏性紫癫相比，其不仅会引起发热、关节痛等临床症状，也会威胁到患儿胃肠道的小血管，使患儿出现腹痛、呕吐、腹泻等症状[1-]。（剩余5571字）
