脑卒中偏瘫照顾者睡眠质量与照顾负担的相互影响研究

AbstractObjective：Toexplorethereciprocalrelationshipbetween sleepqualityandcaregiverburden incaregiversof stroke patientswithhemiplegia.Methods：Atotalof18OcaregiversofstrokepatientswithhemiplegiaadmitedtotheFirstffiliated HospitalofFujianMedical UniversityfromDecember2O23toDecember2O24 wereselectedastheresearchsubjects.TePitsburgh SleepQuality Index（PSQI）wasused toevaluatethecaregivers’slepquality，the Zarit Caregiver Burden Inventory（ZBI） wasused to evaluate thecaregivers’caregiving burden，andtheChinese versionof theConnor Davidson Resilience Scale（CDRISC）was usedtoevaluatethecaregivers'psycholgicalresilience.Theresults werestatistcall analyzed.Results：Afterevaluation， 53.89% of the 18O caregivers had sleep disorders and 91. 11% had caregiving burdens. The ZBI score of the sleep disorder group was higherthan thatof thenonslep disordergroup，and their CD-RISCscoresandtotalscores werelowerthanthoseof the non sleep disorder group，with statistical significance（ P<0.05 ）. The PSQI scores and total scores of the group with caregiving burdenwere higher thanthoseof thegroup withoutcaregiving burden，whiletheCD-RISC scoresand totalscoresofeachdimension were lower than those of the group without caregiving burden，with statistical significance（ P<0.05 ），indicating a positive correlation between PSQI score and ZBIscore，andanegativecorrelation with CD-RISC score.Conclusion： Caregiversof stroke patients withhemiplegiaarepronetoslepdisorders，ndthereisacloserelationshipbetweenslepqualitycaregiving burden， and psychological resilience.
