AbstractObjective：Toobservetheefectof implementinga structured nutritional intervention basedonnauseaand vomiting grading on nutritional status andslep in gastriccancerpatientsudergoing chemotherapy.Methods：Atotalof76 gastriccancer chemotherapypatientsadmitedto Zhongshan Hospitalafiliatedwith Xiamen UniversityfromMay2023 toMay2O24wereselectedasthe studysubjects.Theywere divided intoacontrol groupandanobservation group using arandomnumber table method， with 38 patients ineach group.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinenursing intervention，whiletheobservation groupreceivedstructural nutritionalintervetionwithgradednauseaandvomiting.Teutritionalstatusoftwogroupswasasessdbsedontheirhemoglobin（Hb）levels，albumin（Alb）levels，andtransferrin（TRF）levels.ThePitsburgh SleepQuality Index（PSQI）wasused to compare thechanges insleepqualitybetweenthe two groups.The Ashens Insomnia Scale（AIS）wasusedtocomparethe insomnia symptoms of the two groups.The Epstein SleepinessScale（ESS）wasused to compare daytime slepinessymptoms of the two groups.The Qualityof Life Scale（WHOQOL-BREF）was used to evaluatethequalityof lifeof the patients.Results：After intervention，thenutionalleveloftheobservationgroupwas higherthanthatofthecontrolgroup，andthediferencebetweenthetwo groups was statistically significant （ P<0.05 ）；Post-intervention，the PSQI score（ sleep quality），AIS score（insomnia symptoms），andESSscore（daytimeslepiness）intheoservationgroupweresignificantlylowerthantoseinthecontrolgroup，hile the WHOQOL-BREF score（qualityof life）was significantly higher. All these diferences were statisticall significant（ P<0.05， 》Conclusion：Implementing astructurednutrionalinterventionbasedonnauseaandvomitinggradingingastriccancerpatients undergoingcmoterapyanimproveutritioallevelsancepualityaleviateisomiasmptoms，ndiceaseatit quality of life. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
