优质急诊护理在严重创伤失血性休克患者中的应用价值

AbstractObjective：Toexploretheapplication valueofhigh-qualityemergency nursinginpatients with severetraumatichemorrhagicshock.Methods：Atotalof12Opatientswithsevere traumatichemorhagicshock admitedtotheEmergencyDepartmentf Southeast Hospital Afiliatedto Xiamen UniversityfromJanuary2O23to December2O24 wereselectedas thestudysubjects.They weredividedintoacontrol groupandanobservation group，with 6O patients ineach group，using arandom number table method.Thecontrol groupreceivedroutinenursing intervention，whiletheobservationgroupreceived high-qualityemergencynursing intervention.Bodytemperaturechangesatdiferenttimepointsafteradmissonwererecorded.ThePitsburgh SleepQualityIndex （PSQI）wasused tocompare thediferences insleepqualitybetweenthetwo groups beforeandafterthe intervention.The World Health Organization QualityofLifeassessmentscale（WHOQOL-10O）wasused toevaluatethequalityof lifeofpatients inboth groups.Results：After nursing，the WHOQOL-10Oscoreandbodytemperatureof theoservation groupweresignificantlyhigher than those of the control group，and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P<0.05 ）；After intervention，thePSQIscoreoftheobservationgroupwassignificantlylowerthanthatofthecontrolgroup，andthediferencebetweenthe two groups was statistically significant（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion： The application of high-quality emergency nursing in patients with severetraumatic hemorrhagicshockcanacceleratetherecoveryofbodytemperature levels，improveslepqualityandqualityof life.
