集束化护理对急诊重症监护室ICU综合征患者睡眠质量和生命质量的影响

AbstractObjective：Toexploretheefetofbundlednursingcareonthequalityofsleepandlifeinemergencypatients with intensivecare unit（ICU）syndrome in ICU.Methods：A totalof6 emergencypatientswith ICUsyndromeinICUofFuzhou Second GeneralHospitalfromMay2023to September224wereselected.Acordingtodiferentnursing modes，theincludedpatients werediviedintotwogroups：thecontrol group（33cases）receivedroutine nursingcare，andtheobservation group（33cases）received bundednursingcare.Thesleepqualityqualityoflife，andnursingsatisfactionofthetwogroups werecompared.Results： After nursing，the score of sleep quality in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（ P<0.05 ）. After nursing，thescoreofqualityoflifequestionnaireintheobservationgroup wassignificantly higherthanthecontrol group（ P< 0.05）.After nursing，thetotalnursingsatisfactionoftheoservation groupwas hgherthanthecontrolgroup，althoughasignificant difference was not detected（93. 94% vs 81.81% ， P>0.05 ）. Conclusion： Bundled nursing care has a positive impact on the sleepqualityqualityoflife，andnursingsatisfactionofemergencypatientswithICUsyndromeinIU，andisworthyofrcomendation and implementation.
