运脾化痰通窍方联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂对儿童腺样体肥大的疗效

AbstractObjective:ToinvestigatetheeficacyofYunpi HuatanTongqiaoFormula(Spleen-Invigorating,Phlegm-Resolving,and Orifice-OpeningFormula)combined with MometasoneFuroateNasalSprayinthetreatmentofchildren withAdenid Hypertrophy (AH).Methods:Atotalof86pediatricAHpatientsadmitedtothepediatricsdepartmentofQuanzhouTraditional ChineseMedicine Hospital fromFebruary2O22 toAugust2O24were selectedastheresearch subjects.Theywererandomlydivided intoacontrol groupand anoservation group usingarandom number table method,with43cases ineach group.Thecontrol groupreceived Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray monotherapy,whiletheobservation groupreceivedYunpi Huatan Tongqiao Formulacombined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray.The Pitsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used tocomparethediferencein sleep quality between the two groups beforeandafter interventionAnin-housesymptomassessmentscalewasused tocomparesymptom scores.Theincidenceofconcomitant diseasesandtheclinical efectiveratewere alsocompared betwenthetwogroups.Results: Aftertreatment,tecinicalfectiverateincreasedinbothgroups,withteobservationgroupsignificantlyhgherthanthecontrol group( P<0.05. ).Symptom scores and PSQI scores decreased in both groups,with the observation group significantly lower than the control group( P<0.05) .The icidence of concomitant diseases in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P<0.05) . Conclusion: The addition of Yunpi Huatan Tongqiao Formula to Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray demonstratesgoodtherapeuticfcacyinchildrenwithAH.Itfectivelyimprovesclinicalsymptoms,nancesslepualitynd reduces the incidence of concomitant diseases.This combined approach is worthyof clinical promotionand application.
