耳穴压豆联合目标责任制护理对急诊外科清创缝合患者预后及睡眠的影响

AbstractObjective：Toanalyze theimpact ofearacupoint pressre combined withtargetresponsibilitynursing onthe prognosis andsleepinpatientsafteremergencysurgicaldebridementandsuturingMethods：Atotalof1OOpatientswhounderwentdebridementandsuturingintheemergencysurgerydepartmentofJinjiangTraditionalChinese Medicine HospitalAfiliatedtoFujiaUniversityof TraditionalChinese MedicinefromFebruary2O23 toFebruary2O24wereenroled.Theywererandomlydividedintothe control group（5O cases withroutine nursing）andobservation group（5Ocases withearpresure andtargetresponsibilitynursing） usingarandom numbertablemethod.The prognosis，slepstatus，andsleepqualitywerecomparedbetween the two groups.Results：Patientsintheobservationgrouphadsignificantlylowerpainsores，nxietysores，anddepressionsorescompared to the control group（ P<0.05 ）. Patients in the observation group had significantly shorter sleep latency and awakening times，fewer awakenings，and longer total sleep time than the control group（ P<0.05 ）. Compared to the control group，patients in the observation group had significantly lower scores for all sleep quality categories（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion： Ear point pressure combinedwithtargetresponsibilitynursing arebeneficialforimprovingthesleepstatusandqualityofemergencysurgical debridement and suturing patients.
