高职院校发展型资助育人模式探索

摘 要 文章以高职院校资助育人工作为研究对象，针对高职院校传统“保障型”资助模式存在的育人功能不足、育人反馈缺位等问题，以发展型资助为理念引领，强调以学生发展需求为导向，融合发展型资助理念，构建“14534”资助育人模式，发挥高校资助工作的育人功能，为高职院校精准资助与人才培养协同发展提供参考。

Exploration on the Developmental Funding Education Model in

Abstract Taking the work of funding and educating students in higher vocational colleges as the research object， aiming at the problems existing in the traditional "guarantee-oriented" funding mode in higher vocational colleges， such as insufficient educational function and the absence of educational feedback， guided by the concept of development-oriented funding， this paper emphasizes being oriented towards the development needs of students， integrates the concept of development-oriented funding， constructs the "14534" funding and educating students mode， gives play to the educational function of the funding work in higher vocational colleges， and provides a reference for the coordinated development of precise funding and talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges
