Abstract:We constructed the "3+1" phased model of curriculum ideological and political education based on the profesionalismtrainingofnurses,andevaluatedtheeducationalefect.Atotalof52four-yearnursingundergraduatesingrade 2018ofauniversityfrom September2018to June2022 wereselectedasresearchobjectsbyclustersampling method.To construct the "3+1 phasedmodel of curriculumideological and political educationbasedon theprofessionalism trainingof nurses"imovativelythatis,inthethreeyearsatschol,curiculumideologicalandpolicaleducationsuchastraditional Chineseculture,traditional Chinesemedicalethicsandexcelentclinicalcaseswereintegratedintonursingintroduction, profesionalfoundation,profesionalcorecourses,andeachcourseformedapersonalizedcurriculumideologicalandpolical constructionsystem.Thenarativemedicine method basedonclinicalexamplewascarriedoutduringtheone-yearinternshipto cultivateheprofessionalisfursingstudentsandteprfessolisasitealidinthideogicalandplialeducation ofthecourse.Beforeandafter ideologicalandpoliticaleducation,studentsprofesionalism (63.42±5.46vs68.74±6.83, P<0.001 ) humanistic care 109.13±15.28 vs 127.63±20.02 P <0.001)and empathyability( 90.10±12.16 vs 99.44±15.73, P =0.001)were significantlyimproved,andthecomprehensivequalitywasenhancedobviously.The"3+1"phasedmodelofcuriculumideological andpoliticaleducationbasedontheprofesionalismtrainingofnursescouldformasynergisticeducationefect,achievethe expectededucationalefectivenes,andprovideascientificbasisforthesystematicconstructionofursingcuriculumideological and political education.
