Abstract：Withtherapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnology，thedemandforinnovationabilityinelectronicinformation majorsisincreasingdaybyday.Tometthepersonalizedanddiversifiedlearningneedsofmodernstudents，thisstudyaimsto buildadiversifiedlearningplatformforelectronicinformationmajorsbasedoninnovativeabiltycultivationThisplatformis basedothetheoriesofonlinelearning，blendedlearingndinnovativeabilitycultivation，designedthroughaB/Sarchitecture pattern，integratingrichlearningresources，personalizedlearningpaths，andnhancedinteractivecommunicationfunctios.The studyadoptsliteratureresearch，caseanalysis，andempiricalresearchmethodstodeplyexploretheimplementationffectand inovationabiltycultivationmechanismoftheplatformintheteachingofelectronicinformationmajors.Throughthepresentation ofteachigpracticecasesandanalysisofstudentlearmingoutcomes，thestudyfoundthatdiversfedlearning platformsbasedon inovativeabilitycultivationhaveachievedsignificantresultsinimprovinglearningoutcomesandpromotingthedevelopmentof studentinovativeabilities.Thisplatformnotonlyenrichesthelearningexperienceofstudents，butalsoefectivelystimulates their interest and initiative in learning by providing diverse leamingresources and personalized learning paths.
