Abstract:Youngteachersarethemaincomponentoftheteachingstaffinthehighereducation.Thedevelopmentand improvementoftheirteachingabilitiesarethebasicguaranteestocontinuouslyimprovetheteachingqualtyandeducationallevel oftheuniversities.Theevauationofteachingqualityisanimportantpartinteachingqualitymonitoring,whichreflectsthe teachinglevelofteachers.Inthisstudy,thecompositionoftheteachingabilitiesfrommultipleperspectivesareilustratedand themultipleevaluationmethodsaregiven.Then,anevaluationsystemtoevaluatetheteachingabilitiesofyoung teachersis established.Finallythefuzzycomprehensiveevaluationmodelisusedtoobtaintheevaluationresultsoftheteachingquality whichcanprovideareferenceforthecomprehensiveevaluationoftheteachingabityofyoung teachers intheuniversity.
