Abstract：Youngteachersarethemaincomponentoftheteachingstaffinthehighereducation.Thedevelopmentand improvementoftheirteachingabilitiesarethebasicguaranteestocontinuouslyimprovetheteachingqualtyandeducationallevel oftheuniversities.Theevauationofteachingqualityisanimportantpartinteachingqualitymonitoring，whichreflectsthe teachinglevelofteachers.Inthisstudy，thecompositionoftheteachingabilitiesfrommultipleperspectivesareilustratedand themultipleevaluationmethodsaregiven.Then，anevaluationsystemtoevaluatetheteachingabilitiesofyoung teachersis established.Finallythefuzzycomprehensiveevaluationmodelisusedtoobtaintheevaluationresultsoftheteachingquality whichcanprovideareferenceforthecomprehensiveevaluationoftheteachingabityofyoung teachers intheuniversity.
