Abstract：Withthesuccessiveproposalof "ecological civilizationconstruction"andthe"carbonpeakingandcarbon neutralitygoals"，newrequirementshaveemergedforthetrainingofgraduatestudentsinenvironmentalenginering.Tometthe actualneedsoftextileindustry，atalentcultivationmodelbasedontheprinciplesof"valueshaping，abilitytraining，and knowledgeimparting"hasbeendeveloped.Thismodelemphasizestheorganicintegrationofmoraleducation，industryacademia colaborationandiovationfoingarinityaroachtoeducatingenvironmentalengineeringgraduatestudents.Byitegating resourcesatvariouslevelswithintheuniversity，theaimistocultivatewell-rounded，up-to-dategraduatestudents，promote interdisciplinarycooperation，andadvancethecomprehensivedevelopmentofgraduatetalent.Synergybetweenshoolsandtextile enterprisesensuresresourcesharingandcomplementaryadvantages，aligning teachingandresearchwithactualindustryneeds. Thisapproachefectivelyenhancestheabilityofgraduatestudentstosolvepracticalproblems，injectingnewvitalityintothe sustainable development of the textile industry.
