Abstract:Thehigh-quality developmentofthegeology-relatedspecialtiesurgentlyrequiresthesupportofenginering inovationtalents,whichalsoservesasacriticalpathwayforimplementingthecoreprinciplesofengineringeducation certification.Adressngallngsicuitingioatieeeingtalentsingelocalfessuhasisuenttaion ofideologicaleducationoutdatedcuiculumsystems,andweakpracticaliovationcapabilities,handongUniversityofScience andTechnologyhasleveragedyearsofexplorationandpracticetoestablishatalentcultivationmodeldrivenbyenginering educatiocertficationstandards.Guidedbythereformphilosophyof"consolidatingfoundationsandexpandinginnovatio",this modelemphasizesideologicaleducationleadershipinovatescurrculumsystemsforgeoogicaltalentdevelopmentadoptsmulti dimensionalcolaborativeeducation,andconstructsaprogressvepracticalteachingsystem.Theresultsdemonstratesignificant effectiveness,enhancingthequalityofinnovationtalentcultivationingeology-relatedspecialtiesandprovidingaeplicable paradigm for similar programs.
