Abstract：Thehigh-quality developmentofthegeology-relatedspecialtiesurgentlyrequiresthesupportofenginering inovationtalents，whichalsoservesasacriticalpathwayforimplementingthecoreprinciplesofengineringeducation certification.Adressngallngsicuitingioatieeeingtalentsingelocalfessuhasisuenttaion ofideologicaleducationoutdatedcuiculumsystems，andweakpracticaliovationcapabilities，handongUniversityofScience andTechnologyhasleveragedyearsofexplorationandpracticetoestablishatalentcultivationmodeldrivenbyenginering educatiocertficationstandards.Guidedbythereformphilosophyof"consolidatingfoundationsandexpandinginnovatio"，this modelemphasizesideologicaleducationleadershipinovatescurrculumsystemsforgeoogicaltalentdevelopmentadoptsmulti dimensionalcolaborativeeducation，andconstructsaprogressvepracticalteachingsystem.Theresultsdemonstratesignificant effectiveness，enhancingthequalityofinnovationtalentcultivationingeology-relatedspecialtiesandprovidingaeplicable paradigm for similar programs.
