Abstract：Postgraduatetrainingisinthestageoftransformingfromhigh-speeddevelopmenttohigh-qualitydevelopment， whichisalsoanimportantbasisforbuildinganinovativecountryandpromotingnationalmodemization.However，the explorationandappicationofthecomprehensivemodelarenotsuffcientintraditionaltrainingofcreativetalentsforthe postgraduatesmajoredinphysicalgeographyBasedontheresearchstatusandbackgroundofthecurenttalenttrainingmodelof postgraduatesmajoredinphysicalgeography，thephysicalgeographyteachingteamofNorthwestUniversitygraspsthethemeof comprehensivenessandinovation，clarifiesthecommonproblemsofthetraditionaltalenttrainingmodelfromthedimensionsof thoughtguidance，teamcolaborationandintegrationsupport，andfinallyputsforwardthepracticalgraduateimovativetalent trainingmodelandmeasures.Itishelpfultoenrichthetheoreticalresearchofpostgraduatepersonneltrainingmode，andhas referencevalueforthepostgraduatetrainingpracticeandeducationconstructionofeducationmanagementdepartmentsatall levels and colleges and universities.
