Abstract：Asabasiccourseinengineeringfield，theteachingqualityofEngineringFluidMechanicsisdirectlyrelatedto thecultivtionofstudentsprofessionalabilityTherefore，theadoptionofnewteachingmodelstoiproveteachingefectivness andstudentparticipationhasbecomeanimportantdirectionofeducationreform.BasedonthespiritoftheGuidingOutlinefor theIdeologicalandPoliticalConstructionofCuriculuminColegesandUniversities，combinedwiththecharacteristicsand teaching contentofEngineringFluidMechanics，thispaperadoptstheBOPPSteaching modeforteaching designandpractical activities.Itrealizesthestudentssolidgraspofprofesionalknowledgeandtheoverallimprovementofideologicalandpolial quality，andatthesametime，hasagoodreferencevaluefortheideologicalandpiticalconstructionofmechanicscourses.At the same time，it has a good reference value for the ideological and political construction of mechanics course.
