Abstract:Thisstudyaimstoreformandimprovetheundergraduatementorshipsystematthemajorlevelbasedonthenew requirementsforstudentguidanceinthecontextof majorcategory-basedadmissionandengineringeducationcertificationThis paperfirstdiscusedtherolesofundergraduatementorshipsysteminthetalenttrainingsystem,emphasizingitsimportanceand irreplaceabilityinengineringeducationcertificationBasedonthis,throughaquestionairesureyofenvironmentalegiring studentsatacetainuniversity,thecurentoperationoftheundergraduatetutorsystemwasexamined,andtheexistingproblems weredeeplydiscussd.Furthermore,targetedreformsuggestionsareproposed,includingimprovingtheguidancecontentsystem, optimizingimplementationstrategies,amongotheraspects.Theserecommendationsaimtofullytapthepotentialofthe undergraduatementorshipsystem,enhancetalentcultivationqualityandprovidepracticalguidanceandtheoreticalsupportfor professional development under the background of engineering education program accreditation.
