Abstract：EnvironmentalMolecularBiologyisoneofthespecialcoursesofenvironmentalscienceandengineeringmajorsin DalianUniversityofTechnology，whichincludesthestructureandfunctionofbiomoleculesatthemolecularlevel，molecular biologytchnologyanditsapplicationinthefeldofenvironmentalprotection.Caryingouttheideologicalandpolicaleducation ofenvironmentalmolecularbiologycourseisoneofthewaystorealizemoraleducationincollegesanduniversities.Accordingto thecontentofthecourse，theideologicalandpoliticalelementsofthiscouseweredeeplydigedinthisarticle.Basedon academicresources，theideologyandpoliticsofclassrooteachingandcourseassessmentwerecarriedoutintermsofscientific thinking，ovativespiritcrtialthinkingability，socialresposibilityandmisson，whichisofgreatsignificancetocultivate studentsmoralityandaptitude，andtointegratetheirpersonalpursuitsandidealsintothecauseofthestateandthenation.
