Abstract：Civilengineringasabasicengineering field，inrecentyears，underthebackgroundofaceleratedurbanization andcontinuousimprovementofinfrastructureconstruction，theindustrydemandcontinuestobestrong.Inordertomeetthe needsofthedevelopmentoftheindustrycolegesanduniversitiesshouldfullyunderstandandgraspthelatesttrendofthe industrywhentrainingcivilengneeingprofesioals，locatethetrainingojectives，andcarryoutpersoneltraininginaargeted way.Thepaperfocusesonkeyareasofindustrialdevelopment，suchasgreenbuildings，smartcities，prefabricatedbuildingsand otheremergingfields，trainstudentstomasterrelevantcuting-edgetechnologies，interdisciplinarytalentneeds，paysatentionto trainingstudents’practicalability，inovationabiltyandcomprehensivequality，andenhancestudents’employment competivenessInaccordancewiththeneedsofegionalconomicandsocialdevelopment，wewilltrainprofessionalswhocan adapt to the development of local industries.
