Abstract：LaboreducationisanimportantpartoftheeducationsystemundersocialismwithChinesecharacteristics.For industrycollges，howtocloselyfollwthecharacteristicsofhighereducationintheneweraandthedistinctivefeaturesof the industrybackgroudtoexploretheconstructionofthelaboreducationsystem，isapracticalrequirementforculivatingnew socialisteratalents，animportantmeanstoimplementthefundamentaltaskofmoraleducationincollgesanduniversities，anda necesarylinktopromotethecomprehensivedevelopmentofstudents.Bytrackingtheimplementationoflaboreducationinsix industrycollgesinBeijingandShanghaiincludingChinaUniversityofLaborRelations，Shanghai UniversityofInteational BusinessandEconomics，andShanghai CustomsColege，2O21-2O24years，thisstudyanalyzesthecurrentsituationand dificultiesoflaborducationinindustrycolgesintesfcuiculumintegrationteacheronstructionandpracticalteaching. Basedonthis，aperformanceevaluationsystemfortheconstructionoflaboreducationinindustrycollgesisconstructed， includingfivedimensions：profesionallaboreducation，curriculumlaboreducation，practicallaboreducation，scientificand inovativelaboreducation，andservicelboreducation，aswellas13corespondingspecificindicators.Thisevaluationsystem aimstocomprehensivelyevaluatetheconstructionefectivenessoflaboreducationinindustrycollgesfromdiferentdimensions， providing a basis for further optimizing labor education strategies and methods.
