Abstract:LaboreducationisanimportantpartoftheeducationsystemundersocialismwithChinesecharacteristics.For industrycollges,howtocloselyfollwthecharacteristicsofhighereducationintheneweraandthedistinctivefeaturesof the industrybackgroudtoexploretheconstructionofthelaboreducationsystem,isapracticalrequirementforculivatingnew socialisteratalents,animportantmeanstoimplementthefundamentaltaskofmoraleducationincollgesanduniversities,anda necesarylinktopromotethecomprehensivedevelopmentofstudents.Bytrackingtheimplementationoflaboreducationinsix industrycollgesinBeijingandShanghaiincludingChinaUniversityofLaborRelations,Shanghai UniversityofInteational BusinessandEconomics,andShanghai CustomsColege,2O21-2O24years,thisstudyanalyzesthecurrentsituationand dificultiesoflaborducationinindustrycolgesintesfcuiculumintegrationteacheronstructionandpracticalteaching. Basedonthis,aperformanceevaluationsystemfortheconstructionoflaboreducationinindustrycollgesisconstructed, includingfivedimensions:profesionallaboreducation,curriculumlaboreducation,practicallaboreducation,scientificand inovativelaboreducation,andservicelboreducation,aswellas13corespondingspecificindicators.Thisevaluationsystem aimstocomprehensivelyevaluatetheconstructionefectivenessoflaboreducationinindustrycollgesfromdiferentdimensions, providing a basis for further optimizing labor education strategies and methods.
