Abstract：Artificialinteligencetechnologyhasbeenwidelyusedinvariousindustries，demonstratingitspowerfulanalytical andcomputationalpotential.Itisexpectedtoreplacehumanactions，analysis，anddecision-makinginmultipleindustries. However，therearestillmanyproblemsinthesstematicestablishmentofdisciplines，theintegrityofcuriculumdesignandthe diversityofapplicationscenariosinuniversities.ThispaperaimsatreformingthecuriculumofAIfoundationsandengineeing applications.Itproposesnewmeasuresintermsofcuriculumscheme，teaching methods，practicaltraining，andcourse assessment.ItemphasizesthatAIcoursesneeddiversepracticalscenariosbothinandoutoflassacombinationofonlineand oflineteacingmethods，andanassessmentmodelthatpromotesteachingandlearningthroughcompetitions.AItechnologyisa representativeofnewproductiveforcesandastrategicemergingindustryinthefuture.Thehigheducationorganizationsshould keep up with the pace of education in the new era and provide strong support for cultivating AI + cross -discipline human resources.
