Abstract：Thisstudyfocusesontheconstructionof grasrootsPartyorganizationsinprivateuniversitiesduring thenewera. Throughanationwidesurveyevaluatingtheefectivenessofthe"FourIntegration"educationalmechanism（ideological-political guidanceintegration）amongteachersandstudentsinprivateinstitutions，itaimstoexploreefectiveapproachesforenhancing educationalqualityandoptimizinggrasrootsPartyorganizationdevelopment.Thefindingsrevealsignificantpositivecoelations （correlation coefficients ⩾0.699 ， p<0.01 ）between student development evaluation and various dimensions including ideologicalpoliticalguidance，sienceducationintegratioidustryducationintegratio，ianetechologyintegationu competitionintegratio，andsafeguardmeasures.Whiletheoverallperformanceprovessatisfactoryelativelyweakerelations betweenideological-politicalguidanceandotherdimensionspersist.Targetedcountermeasuresareproposed：deepening ideological-piticalconceptstroughtheedimensioalesonancetoconstructancosstemofideologicalpoliticaleucation drivingcolaborativeeducationthroughfour-dimensionalintegrationiovation，andestablishingamulti-dimensionalsuport systemtoconsolidateeducationalfoundations.Theserecommendationscolectivelyformacomprehensivethree-dimensional educational model for private universities in the new era.
