“产学研用”四极互补项目化简约型产教融合模式构建与实践

Abstract：Aimingatthewidelyfacedproblemsanddilemmasofcurentproduction&educationintegrationforvocational colleges，we creatively propose and construct a "project-oriented simplified production & education integration mode based on fourcomplementarypoles-production，teaching，researchandapplication"，andcarryoutthecooperativepracticewiththeleading enterprisesinelectricalpowerfield.Thepracticingresultsshow：firstlybasedontheadvantagesandthepainsanddifcultiesof scholandenterprise，bycomplementingeachotheratthefourpoles-production，teaching，researchandapplication，thestable relationshipofmutualbenefitscanbeestablished，andthusteproblemof"colegesarehot，enterprisesarecold"issolved; secondly，withproject-orientedmechanismandfocusingonfourcomplementarypoles，thefulfilmentofthetasksofschland enterprisecanesurd，andtustheproblemof"contractsaeemptyfulfilentisdifcult"issolved;tirdlywithlfd discusing procedureandbydiscussing thespecificprojectonebyone，thetask managementand implementationcan become simpleandeffcient，andthustheproblemof"managementiscomplex，eficiencyislow"issolved.Moreover，thisproduction andeducationintegrationmodenotonlycatchestheessnceofproductionandeducationintegrationandsavesthecostofsystem construction，usalsocaneoptimizedacordingtoctualsiuatiostooveromeisdrawbacks，anderefore，itposeod promotion and application values both at home and abroad.
