摘 要：本文聚焦铁锅炖大鹅的特点与文化内涵，简要概括其在新疆维吾尔自治区塔城地区的传播途径，分析传播过程中面临的挑战，并提出相应的改善策略，旨在丰富塔城地区的美食文化，并为各地特色美食在其他地区的传播提供借鉴。

Research on the Spread of Braised Geese with Iron Pot in Tacheng Area

Abstract： This paper focuses on the characteristics and cultural connotation of braised goose with iron pot， briefly summarizes the way of its transmission in Tacheng area of Xinjiang uygur autonomous region， analyzes the challenges faced in the process of transmission， and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies， aiming to enrich the food culture of Tacheng area and provide reference for the spread of local specialties in other areas.
