食品安全检测中分析化学技术的应用

摘 要：食品安全检测是保障食品安全的有效措施。当前食品安全问题主要包括食品添加剂滥用、农产品农药残留超标及微生物污染等，在食品安全检测中应用分析化学技术能够准确检测食品中的有害成分，从而确保食品安全。本文基于常见的食品安全问题，概述了分析化学技术在食品安全检测中的实践应用，以供参考。

Application of Analytical Chemistry Technology in Food Safety Testing

Abstract： Food safety testing is an effective measure to ensure food safety. At present， food safety problems mainly include the abuse of food additives， excessive pesticide residues in agricultural products and microbial pollution， etc.， and the application of analytical chemistry technology in food safety testing can accurately detect harmful components in food， so as to ensure food safety. Based on common food safety problems， this article summarizes the practical application of analytical chemistry techniques in food safety testing for reference.
