Abstract: The process of online transactions reflects certain virtualization characteristics, and the food safety problems of online shopping are frequent in the new era, and it is extremely important to study the key points of food safety control from the perspective of supply chain. This paper focuses on the key links of online food quality and safety, analyzes the importance of online food quality and safety, and discusses the control strategies of key links of online food quality and safety from the aspects of suppliers, manufacturers, and e-commerce platforms, aiming to provide reference for related research.
