基于多元数据融合的输电线路风险因素分析及特征提取

Abstract:As a key component of the power system,the transmission line undertakes the important task of energy transmission and power supply guarantee. Due to the existence of various risk factors such as external environment, equipment failure and human factors,the operation safety of transmission lines is facing severe challenges. In order to accurately assess and predict the risk level of transmission lines,this paper proposes a method based on multivari⁃ ate data fusion model,which aims to extract key features from comprehensive scenarios and provide effective sup⁃ port and decision-making basis for the analysis and management of risk factors. By deploying sensor devices at key locations and using existing monitoring systems to obtain data related to risk factors,as well as collecting real-time data in intelligent tool equipment,a specific case analysis based on PCA key feature extraction risk assessment mod⁃ el was constructed. The results show that the multivariate data fusion model has effective predictive ability for risk assessment indicators,thus supporting the effectiveness of this analysis method.
