一种新型聚脲环氧修复砂浆制备及性能优化研究

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of poor bonding performance of traditional concrete repair materials,a new type of polyurea epoxy repair mortar is proposed for preparation. The experiment first optimized the ratio of repair mor⁃ tar,then studied the performance of repair mortar,and finally examined the repair effect of repair mortar on con⁃ crete. The results show that the optimum ratio of polyurea epoxy repair mortar is 16% of polyurea, 12% of epoxy res⁃ in and 1:2.0 of glue-solid ratio. The stability time of the repair mortar prepared by this ratio is about 60 minutes, and the interface bonding strength with concrete is about 8.2MPa . Under the combined action of the repair material and the epoxy interface agent,the compressive strength of the repaired concrete is restored to 92.8% of the original, and the flexural strength is restored to 91.7% of the original. The strength of the repaired concrete meets the stiff⁃ ness requirements of the repair mortar in JC / T 2381—2016“repair mortar”.
