Research on the application of carbon fiber composites in reinforcing concrete bridges

Abstract:The bonding performance between carbon fiber composite materials and concrete will affect the rein⁃ forcement effect. At the same time,considering the erosion effect of the deterioration layer,the application research of carbon fiber composite materials in strengthening concrete bridges is proposed. The concrete base of the bridge is treated,including the operation of cleaning the deteriorated layer and filling the cracks. The three-dimensional car⁃ bon fiber composite plate with corrosion resistance is used,and the epoxy resin is used as the main component of the primer to reconcile the primer ratio. The carbon fiber plate is tensioned by applying tensile stress in stages,and the tensioned carbon fiber plate is laid in the reinforcement area of the concrete bridge to reinforce the bridge deck structure of the concrete bridge. The application results show that after the reinforcement of the bridge deck,the bearing capacity of the bridge structure is obviously improved,and the reinforcement effect is ideal.
