混掺纤维对混凝土力学性能的影响探究

Investigation on the influence of mixed fiber on the mechanical properties of concrete

Abstract:In this paper,polypropylene fiber and basalt fiber are used as admixtures,which are mixed into concrete to improve the mechanical properties of concrete. Specifically, 2% polypropylene fiber, 2% basalt fiber and 1% polypropylene fiber +1% basalt fiber were added to the reference concrete,and the effects of fiber and concrete com⁃ pressive strength under natural environment,corrosive environment,high temperature environment and corro⁃ sion-high temperature coupling environment were analyzed. The results show that the incorporation of fiber can sig⁃ nificantly improve the compressive strength of concrete,and even improve the strength grade of concrete. The corro⁃ sion effect has a certain influence on the compressive strength of concrete. Compared with the two kinds of fibers, the effect of basalt fiber on the improvement of concrete performance is better than that of polypropylene fiber con⁃ crete. The effect of high temperature on the performance of concrete is very obvious,and the incorporation of fiber can maintain the strength grade of the benchmark concrete. Under the coupling environment of corrosion and high temperature,the strength grade of benchmark concrete and single fiber concrete decreases rapidly,while the mixed fiber can maintain the strength grade of benchmark concrete. Therefore,it is recommended to mix 1% polypropyl⁃ ene fiber and 1% basalt fiber in concrete in a complex environment.
