Optimized preparation and clinical application of polyacrylamide hydrogel ratio for ultrasound examination

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of poor anti-dehydration ability of traditional ultrasonic gel materials,a new poly⁃ acrylamide hydrogel coupling agent was prepared. Firstly,the ratio of polyacrylamide hydrogel was optimized,then the performance of hydrogel was analyzed,and finally the clinical application effect was studied. The results showed that when the amount of Polygonatum odoratum extract was 9% and the ratio of monomer to initiator was 8:1 ,the acoustic impedance of polyacrylamide hydrogel coupling agent was 15.7×106Pa⋅s⋅m-1 . There was no cytotoxicity and skin sensitization,and the dehydration rate was less than 5% within 48 hours. When used in clinical applica⁃ tion,it has obvious advantages in the dosage of coupling agent,examination time and image clarity score,and has better B-ultrasound imaging effect.
